Waterfari

Waterfari is a unique and special activity, it combines
two of Dominica's prime sites.
There is hiking, rainforest, swimming and
opportunities for excellent photography.

First we hike for approximately one hour and fifteen
minutes through the rainforest of the
Morne Piton National Park to get to the waterfall.

The trail is fairly well defined but can be rugged in
certain areas as it undulates its way through the
rainforest.

The Middleham Falls is approximately 280 feet
high with its waters thundering down into the
pool at its base.
When you get there you will not mind having a
refreshing dip
(highly recommended)

After the swim and photo ops, we head back to
the vehicle and make our way to Laudat and the
Ti Tou Gorge.
Considered one of the most exotic places on the
island, the Ti Tou Gorge offers an unforgettable
experience.

The Ti Tou Gorge is somewhat like a small canyon
with a waterfall inside.
It was formed by pyroclastic flows from a volcano
many thousands of years ago and is fed by a lake
located at 3000 feet up in the mountains.
We require that you wear life belts to swim up the
gorge!! yes you will swim because that is the only
way to truly experience this awesome marvel of
nature.

Inside the Ti Tou Gorge you will discover a world
all of its own making.
